Reiki is a form of energy healing using Universal Life Force Energy -
The energy comes through the practioner to the client using a gentle placement of hands on or above the person recieving.
Esoteric Healing is also a form of energy healing - this works with the clients energy fields to move energy through the different fields of the client - etheric, emotional, mental and spiritual. Doing this helps to remove blocks in these fields which then promotes balance and healing to take place.
With both therapies the focus is on balancing the energy centers and to assist in removing blocked areas in the client that may be causing problems for them.
Balance helps to decrease stress, relieve pain, heal on a spiritual level.
Indian Head Massage: Gentle massage of upper back, shoulders, neck and scalp. Includes pressure point therapy on face and ears - ending with energy balancing.
